I received a damaged item. What now?
All orders will be carefully packaged to prevent this however. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are unable to accept returns on items after 7 days.
