1. Introduction 
           1.1 The Little Loves Loyalty program is owned and operated by Jamie Kay Limited ("Jamie Kay", “we” or “us”). 
           1.2 The terms and conditions govern Jamie Kay’s relationship with members of the Little Loves Loyalty program (“members” or “you”). 

2. Agreement 
           2.1 By participating in the Little Loves Loyalty program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as well as the general Terms & Conditions of the website. 

3. Membership 
           3.1 Access to the Little Loves Loyalty program requires registration for a free account on Jamie Kay’s website. 
           3.2 Registration can be completed via the designated page or by selecting 'Sign In' in the website header. 
           3.3 To be a member, you must be over the age of 18 and provide us with accurate and current information, including your name, address, and a valid email address.  

4. Communications 
           4.1 By joining the Little Loves Loyalty program, you consent to receive marketing communications from us. 
           4.2 You can opt out of these communications at any time, although opting out may result in missing important information such as Little Loves Loyalty program rewards. 

5. Loyalty Points 
           5.1 Loyalty Points are earned by making purchases on Jamie Kay website while logged into your Little Loves Loyalty account. 
           5.2 Points are automatically credited based on the order subtotal, excluding taxes and shipping fees.  
           5.3 Loyalty Points are calculated based on the order subtotal, which will be converted back to the website’s base currency, regardless of the currency displayed or paid at checkout. The base currency is New Zealand dollars for jamiekay.co.nz website and United States dollars for jamiekay.com website.  
           5.4 Loyalty Points earned from purchasing gift cards will not be awarded again upon redemption. 
           5.5 Upon refund of an item, corresponding loyalty points will be deducted from your Little Loves Loyalty account. 
           5.6 Loyalty Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards, except as explicitly stated. 
           5.7 Points expire 12 months from the date of earning, with unredeemed points being automatically deducted. 

6. Rewards 
           6.1 We offer a variety of rewards redeemable with loyalty points. 
           6.2 Rewards must be redeemed during the checkout process and cannot be applied retroactively. 
           6.3 In the event rewards are redeemed, causing the order subtotal to fall below the free shipping threshold, it is recognised that shipping charges will still be applicable. 
           6.4 Rewards must be redeemed within the timeframe specified and before expiration date. 
           6.5 We reserve the right to modify available rewards if there has been an error or provide advance notice to enable informed decisions by members. 

7. Membership Tiers 
           7.1 Membership tiers are determined by lifetime spend and automatically updated.  
           7.2 Lifetime spend is non-transferable, does not expire or reset and can only be linked to a single Little Love’s account. 
           7.3 Periodically, we may offer promotions that allow for tier advancement without meeting lifetime spending requirements. In such instances, we will communicate directly with you. 
           7.4 Each tier unlocks exclusive benefits, details of which are available on our loyalty page.  

8. Exclusive or Early Access 
           8.1 Certain tiers may grant exclusive or early access to specific products, prices, rewards or collections. 
           8.2 Members meeting the criteria will receive advance notice and instructions for exclusive or early access. 
           8.3 Limits may apply to exclusive or early access events to prevent abuse. 

9. Referrals 
           9.1 Members can refer friends to the Little Loves Loyalty program for mutual benefits. 
           9.2 Referrals must be made through the Little Loves Loyalty page for the benefits to apply. 
           9.3 Referred customers must not reside in the same household as the referrer. 

10. Amendment 
           10.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided to members. 

11. Indemnity 
           11.1 Members indemnify Jamie Kay against any losses or damages arising from their participation in the program. 

12. Severability 
           12.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. 

13. Data Privacy 
           13.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. 
           13.2 You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and you must keep your account password secured. Jamie Kay is not responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account, including if you fail to keep your account login and password secure. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or that your password is unsecure, please contact us immediately and take steps to re-secure your account. 

14. Contact Information 
           14.1 You agree to keep your contact information up to date to ensure effective communication regarding the program. 

15. Termination 
           15.1 You can terminate your membership at any time by contacting us directly. 
           15.2 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any members found to be abusing the program, including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent activities, manipulating points, or violating these Terms and Conditions. 
           15.3 Terminated accounts will be permanently deleted and cannot be reinstated. 

16. Ownership 
           16.1 The Little Loves Loyalty program, its assets, data, and configuration are owned by Jamie Kay. 
           16.2 We retain the authority to adjust points and administer memberships at our discretion, particularly in cases of error or abuse. 

17. Applicable Law 
           17.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, with the courts of New Zealand having exclusive jurisdiction.
